STUDIO KLIPY was founded in 2009 by Guy Klipshtein, an accomplished product designer and a lecturer of Product Design at the Holon Institute of Technology (HIT). In 2010, STUDIO KLIPY launched its first 2 house-hold products under the “Klipy” brand. Within a short time, Klipy products could be found globally on the shelves of large retail chains such as Canadian Tire and TJX, with STUDIO KLIPY taking charge of the design of product packaging, manufacturing and point-of-sale displays.
The cooperation with world-class customers and distributors as a brand manufacturer, greatly deepened our understanding of ‘real-world’ factors, such as the need of implementing aggressive pricing constraints as part of the design process, facing challenging delivery and logistic standards etc. This cooperation also accelerated our adoption of cutting-edge prototyping and design methodologies, and provided us with intimate knowledge of the most stringent quality and business standards.
In recent years, STUDIO KLIPY has expanded its’ services, becoming the product-design partner of a select number of companies across a variety of applications including Medical Devices, top-level Consumer Products and more.
